Shima Taghavi continues to set records: 1 Canadian Age Group, 1 Provincial and 7 HYACK at the PSW June Jamboree meet.
At last weekend's PSW June Jamboree short course competition, 67 Hyack swimmers participated.
Several very good results and qualifying times were achieved by Hyack competitors.
Shima Taghavi was again outstanding, breaking several records, one of which was the Canadian Age-Group record for the 100m breaststroke, set in 1985: Allison Higson 1:10.11
In the 50m breaststroke, she also put an older club record from 1998 in the past, set by Courtenay Chuy - 33.63.
In addition to the breaststroke, he also set a series of club records in the 11-12 age group backstroke. Keep it up Shima!!!
