Eligibility: All qualified OW Black, Regional, LMR, 13 & under Provincial, 13 + Provincial swimmers that meet the qualifying standard (those not qualified for Age Group or Provincial Championships)
Swimmers must achieve entry standard for 200 IM - No Converted time.
10 & under: 3:55.00
12 & under: 3:30.00
14& under: 3:20.00
15 & Over: 3:10.00
