I am conducting a Level 2 Starter Clinic this Saturday, February 17th at CCAC Room #3 from 7:00 to 9:00 am. This clinic is required to volunteer as a Starter official on deck at sanctioned swim meets. The Starter official is responsible for starting heats for events. Prerequisite for taking this course is the Level 2 Stroke and Turn clinic and experience as a Stroke an Turn official. If time permits, the Starter clinic will be followed by a Chief Timekeeper clinic for those interested.
The following weekend there will be an opportunity to practice as a Starter at the Hyack Novice Meet on Feburary 24th. Stay tuned.
1 pvr volunteer point will be given for attending and completing the clinic.
